Below you will find a size guide for our T-Shirts, for our larger sizes (4XL & 5XL these are generous so please refer to the guide below before making a selection).

How To Measure

1. Lay an existing shirt you have flat
2. Body Width - measure 3cm below armpit from one side to the other
3. Body Length - measure from the top of the shoulder to the bottom of the shirt.
