My Free Beer Wrap Hasn't Added To My Cart?

Your free beer wrap will be added to your order in the checkout phase. If for some reason it hasn't added to your order or the quantity doesn't match the number of It's Beer O'Clock shirts that you have bought, don't worry as we will manually make sure that you receive the correct amount of free beer wraps.

What Payment Methods Do You Accept?

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal and AfterPay are all accepted.

Do You Ship Worldwide?

How Often Do You Ship Orders?

We ship out orders 5 days a week (Monday-Friday) while we try to have your order shipped out either the same day or by the next business day the latest, sometimes things are completely out of our control - for example during peak periods so during these times your order might be slightly delayed but we will contact you to inform you of this

What Happens If My Order Arrives Damaged?

Whilst we do everything in our power to ensure your order is packaged to avoid any potential damage in transit, once it has left our hands we are no longer in control. This said, we do care so if something does arrive in a really bad way, we need to know and will rectify this.

How Do I Know You Received My Order?

Once your order is received, you will receive a confirmation email regarding your order. If you don't receive an order confirmation email from us within 24 hours of placing your order, please check your Junk / Spam mail folders before contacting (as we more often or not find that it's ended up there).

How Do I Enter My Discount Code?

On the Cart page you will see a pop-up which will give you the option to enter a coupon code.
