BADDAD Clothing was started by Brian and Ricky, a father-son duo from Wollongong who got sick of seeing overpriced shirts modeled by people who look like they’ve never eaten a pie or had a proper beer.

We’re not models. We’re not Instagram influencers. We’re just two regular Aussie blokes who think clothing should make you laugh, not make you feel inadequate.

Here’s the thing about BADDAD Clothing - when we say we make our products, we actually mean it. Every single shirt that leaves our Wollongong workshop is printed by us. Not some faceless factory overseas. Not some dropshipping warehouse. Us. Right here in the Gong.

We design the graphics, we source the blanks, we print every shirt ourselves, and we pack every order. When you order from BADDAD Clothing, you’re supporting a genuine family business, not some corporation pretending to be one.

Does this mean we’re a bit slower than the big guys? Sometimes. Does it mean every shirt has our blood, sweat, and probably a bit of beer spilled on the print table? Absolutely. But it also means we stand behind every single product because we literally made it ourselves.

Our Process

Every BADDAD product starts with an idea - usually something that makes us laugh at the pub or reminds us of classic Aussie sayings our old man used to say. We design it, test it, and if it gets a laugh from our mates, it makes it to the store.

Then comes the printing. We use Direct-to-Garment (DTG) printing to ensure every design is crisp, durable, and can survive dozens of washes and BBQ sauce spills. DTG gives us vibrant colours and fine detail that’ll last - none of that cracked, peeling rubbish you get from cheap heat transfers. Each shirt is printed to order in our Wollongong workshop - no warehouses full of stock, no waste, just what you need when you need it.
We’re not trying to be the biggest clothing brand in Australia. We’re happy being the brand that makes you smile when you put the shirt on, and makes your mates laugh when they see it at the pub.

Quality Over Everything

Because we print everything ourselves, we’re obsessed with quality. We’ve tested dozens of blank shirt suppliers to find ones that actually fit real blokes (not just skinny mannequins), hold their shape after washing, and won’t shrink down to kids’ sizes.

Our DTG printing process means the ink becomes part of the fabric - it breathes with the shirt and won’t crack or fade after three washes like those dodgy market stalls. We use quality blanks because cheap fabric feels cheap, and we’re not about that.
