We stand behind every product we print. If there's a problem with your order, we want to make it right.
Quality Issues
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, we'll replace it or provide a full refund. Just contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with photos of the issue at support@baddadclothing.com.au.
Size Exchanges
We know sizing can be tricky, especially online. While we print everything to order, we'll do our best to help if you've ordered the wrong size. Get in touch within 7 days of delivery – we'll work with you to find a solution that works.
Please note: Due to the custom nature of our products, we can't guarantee exchanges for sizing issues, but we'll always try to help where we can.
Important Info
- All return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- Please include your order number when contacting us
- We'll cover return shipping for quality issues; customer covers shipping for size exchanges
Change of Mind
Because we print every item to order specifically for you, we're unable to accept returns for change of mind. We recommend double-checking your size using our sizing guide before ordering.
